All expedition bookings submitted via our website or WhatsApp channels are subject to availability and written confirmation by our operations desk. A valid 10-digit mobile number and accurate traveler information must be supplied at the time of booking.
Prices quoted on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise and are subject to applicable taxes (GSTIN: 07DZNPP8083D3ZS). Slots are secured only upon receipt of the designated advance or full payment as communicated by our expedition specialists.
High-altitude winter expeditions involve inherent physical risks, extreme weather, and remote terrain. Travelers must follow all instructions given by certified expedition leaders and guides. Snowpier Travels reserves the right to alter itineraries or cancel specific trek routes in the interest of group safety due to inclement weather or road blockades.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
