Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transparent terms for your peace of mind

At Snowpier Travels, we plan every winter expedition with precision and care. Because high-altitude logistics, permits, and homestay accommodations are booked well in advance, our cancellation and refund policy is structured as follows:

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

• 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund of the total expedition cost (or full credit voucher for future treks).
• 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total expedition cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure / No Show: No refunds will be provided as all logistics and team bookings are fully locked.

2. Cancellation by Snowpier Travels

In the rare event that an expedition is cancelled by Snowpier Travels due to extreme weather warnings, government restrictions, or safety hazards, travelers will receive a 100% full refund or a priority rescheduling option for alternative dates.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and credited back to the original bank account or UPI/payment method used during booking.
